Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Peppers of Key West Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 cup diced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
