Busha Browne’s Pukka Hot Pepper Sauce

Busha Browne’s Pukka Sauce is our best selling Jamaican hot sauce. As with most sauces coming from Jamaica, Scotch bonnet peppers add the heat. As the label says, “in the 19th century, Jamaican Bushas would Celebrate their prowess in the saddle by lavish entertaining when they would vie with one another to see whose cook could serve the hottest dishes.” The Pukka sauce is an excellent addition to any Creole or Cajun dish such as seafood gumbo, crawfish, grillades (fried cutlets of pork or beef), and our favorite here at Peppers of Key West – jambalaya.
