Instructions: 

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the Psycho Soy Sauce, Charlie’s Hard Times Honey Mustard Barbeque Sauce and Third Coast’s Honey Chipotle Pepper Glaze. Bring to a boil; cook until the sauce has thickened. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Add the wings, a few at a time, and toss to coat.
  3. In a deep heavy bottomed skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 375°.
  4. Fry the wings, a few at a time not crowding them in the pan, until they are golden brown, no longer pink inside and cooked completely, about 4-5 minutes on each side. (the time needed to cook depends on the size of the wings of course)
  5. Remove the wings from the oil with tongs and place the wings on paper towels to drain.
  6. Transfer the still hot wings to a large bowl; add the sauce and toss to coat the wings completely.
  7. Serve hot.
