Ingredients:
- 11/2 cup grated onion squeezed dry
- 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Georgia Peach and Vidalia Onion Hot Sauce (add more to taste)
- ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
Directions:
- Grate the onions in a food processor or with a box grater.
- Squeeze all of the juice out of the onions before beginning.
- Mix onions, mayonnaise, parmesan, and Swiss cheese, and Georgia Peach and Vidalia Onion Hot Sauce
- Pour into 8×8 casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the top with paprika.
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly
