  1. Grate the onions in a food processor or with a box grater.
  2. Squeeze all of the juice out of the onions before beginning.
  3. Mix onions, mayonnaise, parmesan, and Swiss cheese, and Georgia Peach and Vidalia Onion Hot Sauce
  4. Pour into 8×8 casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top with paprika.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly
