The smooth blend of tart from the cherries and the sweet from the pomegranate will take your next meatball dish to a different dimension. And if you’re in the mood to grill, your chicken has never tasted like this. Even a simple dessert of ice cream and berries gets a makeover with the addition of Cherry Pomegranate Habanero Sauce.  Try it as a topping for a velvety cheesecake with a chocolate graham cracker crust!!

This sauce really reminds you of the ripe red fruits of late summer, that is if you don’t live in a perpetual summer the way we do here in Key West! I know, I know, don’t rub it in, right? Sometimes I just can’t resist. But hey, you can come down to the Keys for a visit anytime. Even in winter, the temperature hardly ever drops below 70.

Die-hard chili heads may laugh at the addition of so many fruits to a hot sauce, but listen up because this one deserves another look. It may not register on your heat scale, but that can be easily remedied by enhancing it with Peppers of Key West Hot Sauce #1 or #2. Easy! And let’s face it: stomach churning, butt burning heat is not appropriate at every single meal. At least for some people!
