Product Description
Captain Rodney’s Corazan Del Fuego, the “Heart of the Fire,” is named after a fabled treasure sought by many an explorer. At least, that’s the story anyway. We say, forget the exploring- the treasure is right here. Scotch Bonnet peppers heat this hot sauce in authentic Caribbean style. The Scotch Bonnet is known for it’s snappy bite and lingering heat, which are not lost in the Corazan Del Fuego. Combined with the simple ingredients of tomatoes, vinegar, onion, salt, and Captain Rodney’s own secret blend of spices this is a surprisingly deep tasting hot sauce and will become a staple on your shelf once you take the first taste.
At Peppers of Key West, we fancy ourselves a bunch of explorers in our own way. We scour the planet for the best hot sauces, day in and day out, to bring you the best of the best. Captain Rodney’s Corazan Del Fuego is one of those best of the best. It doesn’t hurt any that the bottle reminds us of what one might expect to see in the galley of an old wooden ship floating off the coast of a Caribbean island.
