Well, the critics have spoken, and it turns out it was a great idea. Not to blow smoke up our own backsides, but this is one dang good wing sauce. We love traditional “buffalo” style wings, but we also love using other sauce to mix it up a bit. Peppers of Key West Jerk Sauce is made with authentic Jamaican jerk ingredients. The difference with our sauce is that we’ve adjusted the proportions in order to allow more people to enjoy a milder jerk sauce. Jamaican Jerk is a fantastic way of cooking meats, especially chicken. It can, however, be a little rough on the heartburn inclined or too much for the savory disinclined. Peppers of Key West Jerk Sauce steps the savory back just a little in order to retain the authentic Jerk taste but avoid the penalties associated with eating it in mass quantities.
Peppers of Key West Cayenne Hot Sauce our very own traditional Louisiana-style hot sauce. With a whopping five natural and simple ingredients, our Hot Cayenne Hot Sauce is a purist’s dream come true. Made with cayenne pepper, this sauce is packed full of flavor without atomic heat, and it’s punched up with a healthy dose of garlic. In fact, all the texture and little white chunks in the sauce is minced garlic giving this sauce a wonderful garlic enhanced flavor. It’s even vegan.

Our Peppers of Key West Jalapeno Garlic Sauce is our second green sauce behind our Serrano Sauce.
