Blair’s 3 AM Reserve 8150 of 10,000

Blair’s 3 a.m. Reserve Hot Sauce is the second in the series of the Blair’s “a.m.” collection, and is always sought after as a chili-head collector’s piece. The collection dates back to Blair’s bar biz days. 2 a.m. was closing time and this was the closest thing to legal he could use to get the drunks out of the bar. He’d make four wings with this potion – if the patron could eat all four Blair would hang out with them all night. Needless to say, no one stayed! Feel Alive!

Each bottle is sealed with Blair’s signature wax dip and is, of course, signed by Blair himself.

The letter designation “D” is for our purposes – this does not indicate a “different” 3 AM.
