Peninsula Gold Bubble Bread

Forget the usual garlic bread, give this recipe a shot for a little spicier take on a classic.

Ingredients:
  • 1 small loaf of French or Cuban Bread
  • 1 can mild chilies, chopped, and drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1-cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
  • 4 Tbsp. of Peninsula Gold Pepper Sauce
Instructions:

Mix all ingredients and spread on halved loaf of bread. Bake at 375 degrees until topping on bread bubbles.
