Ingredients:

- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded onions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 raw egg, beaten
- 1 lb. chicken or tofu
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- pre-soaked, prepared rice noodles (as many as your appetite wants)
- 1 tablespoon of Psycho Soy Sauce
- 5 tablespoons Hog’s Ass Garlic Habanero Hot Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 small handful of bean sprouts
- 1 small handful of roasted peanuts
- 1 small handful of shredded spring onion
- Juice of half a lime
Directions:
- Heat the oil and fry the carrot, onion and tomato.
- Add the egg to one side of the pan, chop into pieces as it cooks and then mix into the fried vegetables.
- Add the cooked chicken or tofu and garlic. Mix together well then add the Psycho Soy Sauce and water.
- Add the remaining ingredients: sugar, bean sprouts, peanuts, spring onion, lime juice and Hog’s Ass Garlic Habanero Hot Sauce.
- Mix well and fry for one minute. Serve and sprinkle with crushed peanuts to garnish.
