Asian Grilled Steak Salad

When time is short and you’re thinking healthy, try this fantastic salad!

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Grill Time: 10-15 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1 peeled cucumber
  • 1 cored, seeded red bell pepper
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 1/2 lbs. trimmed, boneless, 1-inch thick sirloin steak
  • 1-2 cup Peppers of Key West Asian Marinade
  • 1 small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation:

Slice vegetables into matchsticks, about 2-inches long and 1/4-inch wide; set aside. Brush steak with 1-2 tablespoons Peppers of Key West Asian Marinade ; grill over medium heat 3-4 minutes each side for medium rare. Toss vegetables with 5-6 tablespoons Peppers of Key West Asian Marinade; arrange evenly on four plates. Thinly slice hot steak; arrange over vegetables. Drizzle with additional Peppers of Key West Asian Marinade to taste; sprinkle with cilantro for garnish.

Serves 4.
