Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tbsp. Palo Alto Firefighters Pepper Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 15-ounce can black beans, rinsed
- 1 4.5-ounce can diced green chilis
- 1 c. shredded Mexican cheese
- Scallions, for garnish
Directions:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until golden and no longer pink, 6 to 8 minutes.
- Season with Palo Alto Firefighters Pepper Hot Sauce and salt stir until combined.
- Add canned tomatoes, black beans, and green chilis and stir until combined.
- Blanket with cheese and let melt, then garnish with scallions and serve.
- Prepare Spicy Baked Flaxseed Tortilla Chips
- Serve and Enjoy!
