Ingedients:
1/4 cup Heavenly Jalapeno Honey
1/4 cup juice from about 4 limes
3 teaspoons Peppers of Key West Not So Fishy Fish Seasoning
1 medium watermelon, cut into 1-inch-thick wedges
1/2 cup mint chiffonade (chopped into log thin strips), optional.

Grill heat: high

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together Heavenly Jalapeno Honey, lime juice, and Peppers of Key West Not So Fishy Fish Seasoning.
2. Light one chimney full of charcoal. When all charcoal is lit and covered with gray ash, pour out and spread the coals evenly over entire surface of coal grate.
