Spicy Beer-Cheese Dip with Bacon

Ingredients:

8oz Cream Cheese, softened

¼ cup Ranch dressing {I used Newman’s Own}

2 tablespoons Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese

¼ cup beer

⅔ cup cooked & chopped bacon

2 green onions

Instructions:

  • Beat cream cheese and ranch dressing with mixer until well blended.
  • Add Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, cheese, beer, bacon and onions and mix until incorporated.
  • Let chill in refrigerator for a couple hours until chilled.
  • Serve with crackers, pretzels, sliced baguette. Garnish with additional cheese, bacon and green onions.
