  1. Preheat oven to 400º.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, salt and butter to the bowl of a stand mixer.
  4. Pinch the butter into the flour with your fingers until it is incorporated or use a pastry cutter.
  5. Add pimento cheese and Mick’s Original Key West Caribe Chipotle Olives (diced)
  6. Mix until combined.
  7. Add sausage a little at a time and mix until combined.
  8. Use a 1-2 tablespoon ice cream scoop to form into balls and shape with your hands. P
  9. lace on prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes, until slightly browned on the outside.
