Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ salt
- 2 tablespoons butter cold
- 1/2 Jar Mick’s Original Key West Caribe Chipotle Olives (diced)
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage
- 10 ounces pimento cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400º.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt and butter to the bowl of a stand mixer.
- Pinch the butter into the flour with your fingers until it is incorporated or use a pastry cutter.
- Add pimento cheese and Mick’s Original Key West Caribe Chipotle Olives (diced)
- Mix until combined.
- Add sausage a little at a time and mix until combined.
- Use a 1-2 tablespoon ice cream scoop to form into balls and shape with your hands. P
- lace on prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until slightly browned on the outside.
