Harvest Peach & Hatch Rumba Salsa That Dances on Your Taste Buds
This salsa shows up sweet and charming then suddenly flips the script with a bold kick that keeps things interesting leaving you hovering over the bowl like you have important business there and absolutely no intention of sharing with anyone nearby
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups canned Mandarin orange segments well drained and roughly chopped
- 1 Small red onion, diced
- 1 Cup Fischer & Wieser’s Harvest Peach & Hatch Sauce
- 1/3 Cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 Bunch cilantro, leaves and tender stems chopped
- 1/8 Magic Plant Farm’s Ghost Pepper Powder (more or less to taste)
- Corn tortilla chips
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients including the Fischer & Wieser’s Harvest Peach & Hatch Sauce and Magic Plant Farm’s Ghost Pepper Powder in a medium-sized bowl and stir to blend well.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Transfer salsa into serving bowl and serve alongside a basket of corn chips.
Note: I like things pretty hot but recommend you use the Magic Plant Farm’s Ghost Pepper Powder with caution! For less heat feel free to use your favorite pepper of choice.
