Tabanero Parmesan Meatballs

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Italian bread crumbs or Panko
• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tbls garlic powder
• 2 tbls parmesan cheese
• 2 tsp Tabanero Hot Sauce
• 1 minced yellow onion
• 1/2 tbsl minced fresh rosemary
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper

Instructions:

1. In mixing bowl combine all ingredients (do not over mix or meatballs will be tough).

2. On ungreased cookie sheet, make 2 tbls sized balls.

3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 – 20 mins.
