Mad Dog Inferno Hot Sauce is the infamous Mad Dog brand’s version of BBQ sauce. If you want to take your relationship with BBQ to a whole new level, then it’s time you introduce it to Mad Dog Inferno Hot Sauce. This is one hot BBQ sauce. As you might expect from Mad Dog, there’s nothing common about this stuff. If you’ve been to Peppers of Key West and joined us at the free tasting bar, then you’ve probably either tried or been witness to Mad Dog 357, the hottest sauce we sample here. Well, if you would expect the same kind of heat from Mad Dog’s BBQ sauce, then you would be correct. It’s not quite as hot, but at that heat level, does it really matter?

Carol’s Quick Chili:

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Ground Beef
• 1 cup Chopped Onions
• 15 oz. can Kidney beans
• 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce
• 1/8 tsp. Dave’s Chipotle Powder 
• 2 Tbsp. Mad Dog Inferno Hot Sauce
• 3/4 tsp. Sea Salt
• 2 Jalapeno Peppers

Instructions:

Brown the ground beef and onion in large skillet.  Add the kidney beans (drained), and the remaining ingredients.  Cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.  That’s it!
