Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. White American cheese, cubed
  • ¾ cup half-and-half
  • ¼ cup diced Jalapeno Gold Candied Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 teaspoon pickled jalapeno pepper juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine American cheese and half-and-half in a medium microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high power in 1 1/2-minute intervals, stirring in between each interval, until melted and creamy, 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Stir in Jalapeno Gold candied Jalapeno Peppers, jalapeño juice, cumin, and cayenne.
  4. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and serve immediately.
