Ingredients:
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 16-oz. jars Key West Key Lime Salsa
- 3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (8 oz.)
- 1-1/2 cups shredded carrots (3 medium)
- 1-1/2 cups finely chopped red and/or green sweet pepper
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1 tsp. Magic Plant Farm’s Ghost Pepper Powder
- 10 cloves Catch a Fire’s Jamaican Jalapeno Garlic, minced
- 6 kaiser rolls, split and toasted
Directions:
- In a skillet cook beef over medium heat until brown, stirring to break meat in pieces. Drain fat.
- Transfer beef to a slow cooker
- Stir together beef and remaining ingredients, including the Key West Key Lime Salsa, Catch a Fire’s Jamaican Jalapeno Garlic and Magic Plant Farm’s Ghost Pepper Powder (except rolls).
- Cover; cook on high-heat setting 4 to 5 hours or low-heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
- Serve meat mixture on toasted kaiser rolls.
