Blair’s 6 a.m. Reserve Hot Sauce is the sixth in the series of the Blair’s “a.m.” collection, and is always sought after as a chili-head collector’s piece. The collection dates back to Blair’s bar biz days. 2 a.m. was closing time but if a patron could keep this wicked elixir down, they could stay for the “private party” until 6 a.m.  He’d make four wings with this potion – if the patron could eat all four Blair would hang out with them all night. Needless to say, no one stayed! Feel Alive!

This is a masterpiece.  The contents range from a low of 10.3 million scoville units to a pure 16 million SHU’s.  In addition, to seal this work of art, Blair created two new waxes, fire yellow and power purple.  Each bottle is sealed with Blair’s signature wax dip and is, of course, signed by Blair himself.
