Busha Browne is well known for their authentic Jerk sauces and seasonings. If you have been thinking about trying Jerk, but don’t know where to start or what is truly authentic, look no further than Busha Browne. Simply rub your meat with this jerk seasoning and let it sit for an hour or so. Then, grill it up and devour it. The best course of cooking for jerk is slow cooked over a wooden fire. We know not everyone has the time or desire to do that, so if you can use charcoal that’s your second best. If you have to use gas, don’t fret. Just turn on the back burner and place the food towards the front of the grill rack. Slow cooking is the secret to good jerk, beyond the seasoning that is.
