That’s probably an accurate recommendation as Ultra Death Hot Sauce is made with Ghost Peppers and it is from the master of burn after all. Blair’s identifying stamp on all his “death” hot sauces is the skull key chain dangling from his bottles. The skull and “death” are relatively accurate portrayals of Blair’s hot sauces.

Blair has gained fame in chilihead circles for creating some of the hottest sauces and extracts in the world. In fact, some are so hot that we at Peppers of Key West have to require a signed waiver in order for you to buy them. This isn’t one of those, but at this level of heat it all gets a little fuzzy. Consuming large quantities of Blair’s Ultra Death Hot Sauce probably (note I did say “probably”) won’t kill you, but it might make you wish you were dead. Used in moderation, however, Ultra Death Hot Sauce will add weapons grade heat to anything.
