Magma Hot Sauce

Magma Hot Sauce reminds us of an old lava lamp, except it’s actually edible and quite delicious at that. Lurking just below the shrink sleeved cap is a floating slick of blistering one million Scoville unit extract. Turned upside down, it creates the iconic image of a lava lamp. It’s best to vigorously shake your Magma Hot Sauce bottle before pouring, or else you’ll end up with pure capsaicin on your chow and although that might be good for some of the more masochistic chiliheads out there- it’s generally a very painful experience.

At Peppers of Key West, we truly love the unique and original. As luck would have it, the unique doesn’t always have to be scorching hot. Sometimes it’s fruity or sweet. Well, not the case here. This is a very unique sauce, but it is aptly named Magma Hot Sauce because it comes in at a solid 7 out of 10 on the Peppers of Key West Heat Level Rating Scale. That’s nothing to scoff at and if you’re not careful, you’ll feel like you ate some actual magma.
