Heat Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil in a sauté pan. Add onions and sauté. After onions are beginning to become transparent, add Catch a Fire Italian Garlic and sauté for another minute. Brush pork chops with additional Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil; season with a little salt and pepper. Grill on each side for 2 min.; brush with Pinata Hot Sauce and continue grilling until cooked to desired doneness. Pork chops can also be finished in a preheated 350° oven.
