Ingredients:

    • Oil for frying
    • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
    • 1/2 cup shredded onions
    • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
    • 1 raw egg, beaten
    • 1 lb. chicken or tofu
    • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
    • pre-soaked, prepared rice noodles (as many as your appetite wants)
    • 1 tablespoon of Psycho Soy Sauce
    • 5 tablespoons Hog’s Ass Garlic Habanero Hot Sauce
    • 2 tablespoons of water
    • 1 teaspoon of sugar
    • 1 small handful of bean sprouts
    • 1 small handful of roasted peanuts
    • 1 small handful of shredded spring onion

 

  • Juice of half a lime

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil and fry the carrot, onion and tomato.
  2. Add the egg to one side of the pan, chop into pieces as it cooks and then mix into the fried vegetables.
  3. Add the cooked chicken or tofu and garlic. Mix together well then add the Psycho Soy Sauce and water.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients: sugar, bean sprouts, peanuts, spring onion, lime juice and Hog’s Ass Garlic Habanero Hot Sauce.
  5. Mix well and fry for one minute. Serve and sprinkle with crushed peanuts to garnish.
