Ingredients:
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 6 pieces of thin bacon
- Catch a Fire Mangolian Sweet Heat (Dipping Sauce)
Directions:
- Cut your pineapple into 12 wedges.
- Wrap each piece of pineapple with a half slice of bacon and place on a lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400° for 20-30 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked through.
- Serve immediately with the Catch a Fire Mangolian Sweet Heat in a small bowl for dipping.
