On a gas grill over medium heat, start grilling burgers. Season each face side the first two flips.  Flip the burgers every 3-5 minutes until cooked to your desired doneness.  About two flips each side should be enough for a medium doneness. On the last flip glaze burgers with the Fischer & Wieser Sweet & Savory Onion Glaze and caramelize.  Lightly toast buns on the upper rack while the burgers are grilling. No upper rack? No problem! Quickly toast buns on the actual grill, but be fast! This method goes very quickly.  Cheese burgers and let guests dress to suit.  Serves 8
