  1. In a large bowl, mix the pineapple, Texas Sweet & Hot Jalapeno Peppers, chives, onions, garlic and turmeric. Set aside so the flavors can blend.
  2. Combine flour, milk, eggs, and salt and pepper together and beat well, preferably with an electric mixer.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours. After chilling, combine the fruit mixture with the batter.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet or deep fryer.
  5. Drop in spoonfuls of batter and fry for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove fritters and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm, drizzled with the Goin’ Bananas with Rum Sauce.

Serves 4 – 6.
