Ingredients:
- 1 (5-ounce) package saffron rice mix
- 3 Beyond Sausage Plant Based Links
- 2 cups frozen whole-kernel corn
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp The Culinary Connection’s Garlic Peppercorn Seasoning
- Dash of salt
- Minced fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
- Remove casings from Beyond Sausage Plant Based Links.
- Cook Beyond Sausage Plant Based Links in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
- Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon.
- Add corn and garlic to pan, and cook over medium heat 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in rice, sausage, cheese, The Culinary Connection’s Garlic Peppercorn Seasoning
- Reduce heat to low, and cook, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
- Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.
