Don’t Piss Me Off Pecker Sauce: Catch a Fire’s Don’t Piss Me Off Pecker Sauce is a must-have for pepper sauce lovers of all stripes, or feathers! Pairing the sweetness of mango nectar and the tanginess of ginger with a hint of red wine and (of course!) habanero peppers, this sauce can be added to anything from melted chocolate to marinara sauces. It’s great on tacos, meats, veggies and even salads! Just be forwarned that the woodpecker on the label isn’t messin’ around- his gun is definitely set to stun!

It packs a mild, yet delicious, burn into every mouthwatering bite. I love Mexican food and it takes me about a half an hour to mix up some quick tacos, rice and beans, and ta-da, instant party! Green Lava takes my cooking to extraordinary levels. Your guests will think you slaved for hours! And let’s not forget that other Key West staple: margaritas!
Let me tell you, Jimmy Buffett didn’t write the famed “Margaritaville” here in Key West for nothing. Most conchs feel like they’ve missed out if they don’t have at least one margarita per day, and even though I’m not a native, I sure feel like one after all these years. One of my favorite easy Key West meals is a margarita and some chimichangas smothered in Green Lava. Good times! And when I’m on the run, I grab some nachos, shred a little cheese, and all I need for authentic-tasting Mexican cuisine is to top it off with some Green Lava. If you’re short on time, this stuff can do miracles for your tastebuds.

With mangoes and scotch bonnet peppers, Mangolian Sweet Heat Pepper Sauce is a spicy concoction that will satisfy your sweet and hot teeth. This is the spiciest of the Catch a Fire mango offerings and is their best selling hot-sweet sauce. To round out the flavor of the sweet and heat, they include ginger as an ingredient which gives this hot sauce an earthy undertone that lends very well to chicken and pork as well as for creating a different take on most sweeter Asian dishes.Catch a Fire hot sauces are very popular here at Peppers of Key West. They are known for creating authentic sauces with unique combinations of flavors. Mangolian Sweet Heat Pepper Sauce is certainly no exception.
