Just like every other hot sauce, the uses for Iguana Smokey Chipotle Hot Pepper Sauce are as vast as your imagination. That said, our absolute favorite use for this sauce is on grilled chicken. We like to marinate chicken breast in it for a few hours and then throw it on the grill. Of course, we paint the chicken while it cooks too. The result is a great, smokey, tangy grilled chicken. The grilling reduces the heat in the sauce as it cooks off and into the meat. So, even the most timid hot sauce eaters will be able to enjoy it. If you need that extra kick, put some of this sauce on the side for dipping or mix in a little habanero sauce for your chicken.
