Cayenne pepper, water, salt, cayenne extract, starch, and caramel color are the only ingredients in this very hot hot sauce. Coming in at a very respectable 6 our of 10 on the Peppers of Key West Heat Level Rating Scale, you don’t have to be a masochist to enjoy this, but you certainly do have to appreciate the hotter things in life.
At Peppers of Key West, we’re into a lot of things. With that, I can’t say whips and chains are included. We tend to get our satisfaction from the capsaicin in our hotter sauces. Pleasure & Pain XXX Rated Hot Sauce is one of the bottles we reach for when we want some significant flavor and some significant pain, without going all the way down pain avenue in a crazy cart.
