This is a Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Pepper sauce flavored with carrots, Lime Juice, and onions. Ass In the E.R. is a hot sauce that will leave you sitting in the E.R. eagerly awaiting a necessary cool down.

At Peppers of Key West, we have a sensitive side that isn’t often seen. We like things that “move” us. Well, Ass in the Tub Hot Sauce will move you, but we’ll leave it up to you to decide what part of you will be moving. All kidding aside, this is a really tasty sauce that comes through on providing a serious amount of heat.
