Chili extract is the result of a process that extracts capsaicin, the active compound peppers that makes chili peppers hot, from the rest of the pepper. Satan’s Blood sizzles with 800,000 Scoville Units. That means that every drop is four times hotter than your average habanero or Scotch bonnet. Satan’s Blood is over 300 times hotter than Tabasco Sauce (or as I call it, the dreaded T). I repeat: THIS IS NOT A SAUCE!
