Ingredients:
- 6 tbs. Unsalted Butter
- 2 tsp. minced Garlic
- 8 oz. 31-40 raw Shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 4 tbs. Peppers of Key West Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
- Dash of Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
Directions:
- Melt butter in sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for approximately 1 minute. (Be careful not to burn the garlic or your dish will be bitter.)
- Add shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Add Peppers of Key West Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce. Stir until hot sauce evenly coats the shrimp.
- Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings
Accompany with garlic bread or sliced baguette. Great on pasta or rice as an entree.
