  1. Rinse salmon, pat dry, and cut into ¼ inch cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine salmon, ginger, scallions, cilantro, eggs, lime juice, almond flour, and Cayenne Hot Pepper Sea Salt
  3. Mix Blair’s Wasabi Green Tea Exotic Hot Sauce into salmon mixture
  4. Form batter into 2-inch patties with your hands
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat
  6. Sauté patties in batches until golden brown, 6 to 8 minutes per side
  7. Serve
