Hot Sauce Recipes
Ingredients
  • 2 medium plum tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 ripe avocados, seeded, peeled, and coarsely mashed
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl combine tomatoes, red onion, garlic, lime juice,Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Culinary Oil, salt, and pepper
  2. Gently stir in avocados
  3. Cover the surface of the guacamole with plastic wrap
  4. Chill for up to 1 hour
  5. Serve with Enchiladas or your favorite tortilla chips.
