Hot Sauce Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups canned mandarin orange segments, well drained and roughly chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Roasted Blueberry Chipotle Sauce
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh basil
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1 large jalapeno, seeds & veins removed, minced
  • Corn tortilla chips

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except corn tortilla chips in a medium-sized bowl and stir to blend well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Turn salsa out into a serving bowl and serve with corn tortilla chips. Serves 6.
