Three of our hotter hot sauces in travel size bottles presented in a clear tube and topped with an easter bunny. These are 2oz bottles with our Serrano, Ghost, and Carolina Reaper Pepper Sauces.

We’ve worked long and hard over a hot stove – admittedly – with a number of beers – to bring to you the first Peppers of Key West green hot sauce.  It is so new we haven’t had a good picture taken of it yet.  We decided to use the often ignored Serrano pepper as the featured chili and blended it with a healthy dose of vinegar.  As this is my first sauce creation and has very few ingredients (7 to be specific).  The sauce is a purists dream with only Vinegar, Serrano Peppers, Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Xanthan Gum (as a stabilizer) and Sorbic Acid (as the preservative).  If you are familiar with our other sauces, regarding heat, our Serrano sauce is slightly hotter than our Habanero Hot Sauce but not quite as hot as our ghost pepper sauce.  All in all, we are very happy with the way it turned out and hope you are as well!

Looking for a shamelessly hot sauce – try our house brand Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce. This all natural and gluten free sauce is made from diced tomatoes, onions, and a healthy dose of garlic. Powered by the Carolina Reaper Pepper, this is an extremely hot sauce with an intense and instantaneous burn. As of 2016, the reaper is the hottest pepper in the world, on average 450 times hotter than a Jalapeno. Please consume this hot sauce very carefully because it is really, really, really hot.  This “thing” called the Carolina Reaper (AKA HP22B) is better described as the demon pepper child that was invented by man. There is absolutely nothing ordinary about the Carolina Reaper pepper. The “Reaper” was developed specifically for heat and that it is. Oddly enough this pepper has excellent flavor as well. Normally killer hot peppers have chemical nuances as if you can actually taste the capsaicin. The Carolina Reaper has a sweet and fruity flavor and then the heat rolls in like a runaway freight train.
