Every jar of Sweet & Savory Onion Glaze starts with 15 and ¾ pounds of fresh, sweet onions. A little garlic rounds out the savory side, and then it’s mixed with apples, apple cider vinegar, and crushed red peppers for the sweet part. It gets a little tingle from some fresh jalapenos as well, but not too much—our Sweet and Savory Onion Glaze carries a rating of 1 on our heat scale, which means it has a little kick, but not too much.
