Remember the saying, “Don’t judge a book by its cover?” Well, the funniness stops at the name, this is a serious sauce. Ass in the E.R. Hot Sauce has lots of flavor, but not many ingredients. This is a Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Pepper sauce flavored with carrots, Lime Juice, and onions. Ass In the E.R. is a hot sauce that will leave you sitting in the E.R. eagerly awaiting a necessary cool down.
