Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. thick-sliced roast beef from the deli counter
- 2 fresh butter croissants (sliced for sandwich use)
- 2 tbsp. butter (optional)
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained well
- 2-3 tbsp. Third Coast Honey Chipotle Pepper Glaze
- 1/4 cup Peppers of Key West Asian Marinade
Directions:
- Brush cut sides of croissants with butter and place buttered-side down in frying pan on medium-low heat till toasted.
- Combine Peppers of Key West Asian Marinade, pineapple, and Third Coast Honey Chipotle Pepper Glaze in small microwave safe bowl.
- Heat on medium for 15 seconds at a time (stirring in between) until warm.
- Remove from microwave and set aside.
- Place roast beef in medium microwave safe bowl; add a bit of water or beef broth.
- Cover loosely with a paper towel and microwave for about 30-60 seconds, until warm.
- Assemble sandwiches and enjoy!
