Ingredients:

  • 2 – 6 oz. Cans of white tuna in water – or – fresh cooked shredded tuna
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • ½ cp diced celery
  • 1 cup chopped boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 4 oz. Peninsula Gold Pepper Sauce
  • ½ cup lite mayonnaise
  • ½ cup low fat sour cream
  • ¼ cup  Ranch Dressing
  • 1-cup seedless red grapes

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients and serve over a bed of lettuce leaves.
