Ingredients:

  • 1 small loaf of French or Cuban Bread
  • 1 can mild chilies, chopped and drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup of margarine
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 4 Tbsp. of Penninsula Gold Pepper Sauce

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients and spread on halved loaf of bread.  Bake at 375 degrees until topping on bread bubbles.
