Ingredients:
  • 1 prepared graham cracker OR Oreo crust
  • 4 oz. cream cheese (half of one normal-sized brick) – softened
  • 1 cup confectioner’s (powdered) sugar
  • 1/2 cup Hot & Spicy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 snack size (appr. 3.5 oz.) vanilla OR chocolate pudding cup
  • 8 oz. container frozen whipped topping – thawed and divided into thirds
  • 1/2 Bag Can You Handle My Spicy Hot Nuts
Directions:
  1. In large mixing bowl, whip cream cheese with hand mixer until soft and fluffy, then beat in sugar and Hot & Spicy Peanut Butter.
  2. Add pudding and heavy cream by hand, stirring with rubber spatula until completely combined.
  3. Gently fold one third of the whipped topping into mixture.
  4. Pour filling into crust, then top with the other two thirds of the whipped topping.
  5. Allow at least 4 hours in the refrigerator to set.
  6. Just before serving, garnish with Can You Handle My Spicy Hot Nuts
  7. Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer
