Melt the butter in a heavy 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the ham steak and pour the Fischer & Wieser Harvest Apple Cider Glaze over the top. Cook the ham steak to brown on one side, about 10 minutes. As the sauce begins to thicken add the chicken stock and turn the ham steak over. Stir bottom of pan to release any browned bits of meat glaze. Cook for 10 additional minutes. Slice into individual portions and top with the glaze from the skillet. Serve hot. Serves 2 – 4.
