  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Season your flour with the paprika, garlic powder, cayenne and salt.
  3. Drop each of your chicken pieces into seasoned flour, then dunk in the buttermilk, then back in the flour.
  4. Pop them all on a baking sheet and bake with a good lug of oil for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
  5. Meanwhile, cut your buns in half and place the bottom half of each in a tray just big enough to fit all 6 snugly.
  6. Place a cooked piece of chicken down on each bun.
  7. Top with 2 pieces of bacon, 2 cheese slices and 3 gherkins.
  8. Finish with the top bun.
  9. Heat the butter, Third Coast’s Rich Golden Jalapeno Honey and Scorned Woman Original Hot Sauce together in a pan until bubbly.
  10. Pop in the sesame seeds and mix. Remove from heat and pour all over the burgers.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes at 175ºF.
  12. Dunk in blue cheese
