Hot Sauce Recipes

This recipe provided by the kitchens of Rothschild Farms:

Ingredients:
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 2 Cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch Celery, chopped finely
  • 1 medium Vidalia onion
  • 1 medium Purple onion
  • 2 tsp. Garlic
  • 90-94 oz. V-8 juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Red chili peppers
  • 1 tsp. Black pepper
  • 2 tsp. Robert Rothschild Blackberry Chipotle
  • 1/2 can Seasoned diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, fresh
Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together. Let sit over night to season. Serve cold.
