Hot Sauce Recipes

Ingredients:

  • ½ pound fresh Ahi tuna steaks, sushi grade
  • 1 medium avocado, ripe but firm
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced
  • 5 tablespoons E&V Key Lime Tangerine Chili Marinade & Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Crackers

Instructions:

Dice raw tuna and avocado into small pieces. Place tuna, avocado, and onions in a bowl. In another small bowl whisk together marinade, soy sauce and sesame oil. Gently toss Key Lime Tangerine Marinade in tuna mix and season to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with plain or sesame seeded crackers.
